Fix stale requests in PDF Services Postman collection - #18

• Fixes 5 requests in the PDF Services Postman collection that had drifted from the current API contract
• Optimize was a dead copy-paste of Compress and never actually exercised the optimize method
• Redact and Extract Bounding Boxes for Strings sent parameter shapes the API no longer accepts
• Get Async Job Result pointed at a URL that 404s

• Optimize: method=compress, params={"level":2} → method=optimize, params={"profile":"web"}
• Compress: dropped stale {"level":2} — compress takes no params
• Redact: bounding boxes converted from normalized 0-1 floats to [x,y,w,h] points; dropped stale PIIType/confidence fields
• Extract Bounding Boxes for Strings: extract-text-bounding-boxes → text-bounding-boxes; params {"texts":[...]} → {"queries":[{"text":...}]}
• Get Async Job Result: /jobs/{jobId}/result (404) → /jobs/{jobId} (documented, works)

Test plan

• All 5 fixed requests re-run against https://api.gonitro.dev with a live client credential pair — all return 200
• Verified against current public-api-docs OpenAPI spec (Nitro/public-api-docs, api-reference/platform/blocks/components.json + paths/*.json) and paths/job.json
